HR Recruiter Executive

• Talent Sourcing and Outreach

• Proactively search for qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Screening and Interviewing

• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications to match job requirements.

• Coordinating the Hiring Process

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers, facilitate communication between candidates and the company, and ensure a smooth hiring workflow.

• Job Posting and Advertisement

• Create and publish job postings across platforms to attract suitable candidates and maintain the employer brand.

• Maintaining Recruitment Records and Reports

• Track candidate progress, update applicant databases, and provide reports on recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
