HR Recruiter Executive

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring high-quality candidates for diverse roles . This role requires strong industry knowledge and the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external talent.

Reporting To: HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements.
• Post job openings on various job portals.
• Source and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule further rounds.
• Maintain candidate records and update the hiring tracker.
• Manage the interview and selection process end-to-end.
• Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates.
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Female with a Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience.
• Must be aware about KRA's of Recruiter

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent sourcing skills with hands-on experience using professional networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
