Experience: Min 1-2 years in HR Recruitment

Salary: 18 to 25000 Per month, depending on experience

Work Timings: 10am to 7pm, 3rd Saturday Off

HR RECRUITER

Looking for an HR Recruiter who can manage our full cycle recruitment of staff required.

From identifying potential hires to interviewing, evaluating & making Job Offer letter.

- Sourcing potential candidates from various Job portals, company's careers page

- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers

- Screen incoming resumes and application forms

- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

- Send job offer emails and explain compensation and benefits to candidates
