We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment and is responsible for managing and executing the complete, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of assigned roles across various departments.
The Recruiter will serve as a foundational partner to the hiring manager, focusing on active sourcing, candidate engagement, process efficiency, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through to the successful offer and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Sourcing and Screening
1. Use job boards, social media, and internal databases to source candidates
2. Screen resumes to shortlist qualified applicants
3. Conduct high-volume phone screens and initial interviews
B. Full-Cycle Management and Candidate Experience
1. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
2. Prepare, negotiate, and track offer letters
3. Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the process
C. Stakeholder Partnership
1. Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements
2. Align hiring needs, timelines, and expectations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
