Hiring HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring)

Salary : Upto 25k (Inhand)

Experience: Min 2 year of experience in Bulk Hiring

1. Drives applicants through innovative approaches to sourcing and networking

2. Conducts exploratory interviews on an ongoing basis to keep consistent pipeline of talent

3. Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by walking the malls and attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies

4. Build and maintain network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing networking relationships to include succession

5. Identify new resources (advertising channels, databases, networks, suppliers, ) to drive candidate identification and attraction
