We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in labs or hospitals. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of medical and paramedical roles and experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs across departments (e.g., pathology, nursing and administration).
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, and referrals).
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical rounds with concerned departments.
- Draft and roll out offer letters, negotiate salary and ensure pre-joining formalities are completed.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and HR database.
- Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare hiring standards and accreditation requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare, diagnostic lab, or hospital setup.
- Strong understanding of various healthcare roles (e.g. lab Technicians, Phlebotomist, Nurses, admin staff).
- Proficient in using job portals Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
