Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for diverse IT positions – from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Proactively source and attract candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and screenings to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment tools for efficient tracking and reporting.
• Stay updated on IT hiring trends and market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions.

Required Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology hiring.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and technical job roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
• Proactive, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced IT environment.
