Position Overview:

Celes’tile is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter (Female) with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, screening, and coordination skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities – HR Recruiter:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment records and update candidate databases.
• Assist in employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in Human Resource Management (HR Specialization) – Required
• Experience: 1–2 years in recruitment or similar role
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic HR software/systems knowledge
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ethical, professional, and trustworthy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
