HR Recruiter (Freelance / Part-Time) – Sales Hiring

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can independently manage the end-to-end hiring process for freelance sales agents. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, as well as conducting initial interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant portals
• Source and attract candidates for commission-based sales roles
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
• Coordinate with management for final selection
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure timely hiring as per business requirements

Who Should Apply

• HR professionals or freelance recruiters with experience in hiring sales profiles
• Candidates with prior experience in bulk hiring or commission-based roles (preferred)
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
• Familiarity with UAE job market is a plus

Compensation
