Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can independently manage the end-to-end hiring process for freelance sales agents. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, as well as conducting initial interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant portals
- Source and attract candidates for commission-based sales roles
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate with management for final selection
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure timely hiring as per business requirements
Who Should Apply
- HR professionals or freelance recruiters with experience in hiring sales profiles
- Candidates with prior experience in bulk hiring or commission-based roles (preferred)
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Familiarity with UAE job market is a plus

Compensation
