HR Recruiter (Fresher & Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing:
  • Use various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks to source top talent.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Screening:
  • Conduct initial screenings, evaluate resumes, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Perform competency-based interviews to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic advice on talent acquisition best practices and market trends.
  • Recruitment Coordination:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and collecting feedback.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote Proviso Manpower Private Limited as an employer of choice by leveraging social media, events, and employee testimonials.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate databases and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical hiring practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
