Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to assist with the recruitment process. As a fresher, you'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, mainly in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and internal databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Support onboarding and maintain candidate data.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
• Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment and HR practices.

Educational Qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
