HR Recruiter / HR Executive – BPO (Hindi Voice Hiring)

• 2+ years of experience in HR / Recruitment within a BPO or Call Center environment
• Strong experience in Hindi voice / telecaller hiring
• Preference for local Indore-based BPO HR candidates
• Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory); basic English required
• Ability to manage bulk hiring and fast-paced operations
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Hindi-speaking telecallers / voice process roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, local consultancies, referrals, walk-ins, and bulk hiring drives.
• Coordinate interviews with operations teams and close positions within defined TAT.
• Manage complete onboarding process including documentation, induction, and joining formalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
