Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding. You will support the HR department in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while learning the fundamentals of recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and HR practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the HR domain.
