HR Recruiter (Male candidate- blue collar hiring experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions (riders).
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
• Maintain and monitor attendance and daily reporting of field employees.
• Address and resolve employee grievances and ensure smooth communication.
• Coordinate with payroll for salary processing and attendance reconciliation.
• 20% field visits will be there to ensure workforce engagement and compliance.
• Support in retention initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain MIS reports and recruitment trackers on a regular basis

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
