Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to source potential candidates.

2. Screening Resumes: Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and ensure they meet job requirements.

3. Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.

4. Conducting Interviews: Assist in conducting interviews, taking notes, and providing feedback.

5. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate records.

6. Document collection & making personal file of new employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,213.14 per month
