HR Recruiter (Non IT ) Walk in interiew

Interview venue - 39 Solutions LLP Pitru Chhaya Building, ground floor, 6, Slater Road, Behind Krishna Palace Hotel, Near Grant Road Station (West) & Bhajji-Gali, Nana Chowk, Mumbai 400007

Interview date & time - 23rd feb ot 24th feb @ 11 am to 6 pm

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs

Create and post job advertisements on job boards, career pages, and social media

Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, etc.)

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Conduct reference checks and background verification

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)

Stay updated on labour laws and hiring regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (1–3 years preferred)

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
