HR Recruiter - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing: must
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office roles (engineers, supervisors, laborers, admin, etc.).
• Promote a positive work culture across construction sites and offices.

Preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector

Preferred Skills:

• Multilingual capabilities (Kannada, English, local language).
• Experience managing multiple construction sites.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Male Candidates only with real estate background

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,179.85 - ₹33,498.25 per month
