Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and well-connected HR Recruiter who specializes in real estate sales hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and onboarding top-performing sales professionals across residential and commercial segments. They should have a strong understanding of real estate roles, a wide recruitment network, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate sales roles, from sourcing to joining.
Understand manpower requirements from the Sales leadership team and create hiring plans accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and industry contacts.
Leverage a strong network of sales professionals and recruiters within the real estate ecosystem.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline of real estate sales professionals (field sales, pre-sales, channel sales, CRM, etc.).
Stay updated with competitor hiring activities and market salary benchmarks.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit (sales skills, real estate experience, presentation).
Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews, feedback, and final selection.
Ensure candidates match the company culture and performance expectations.
Process & Documentation
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and regular reports on hiring status and metrics.
Coordinate for offer roll-outs, documentation collection, and background verification.
Ensure smooth onboarding and post-offer engagement to minimize dropouts.
Work closely with internal teams including Sales, HR Ops, and Training to align recruitment with business goals.
Help organize walk-ins, recruitment drives, and hiring campaigns when needed.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Proven experience in real estate recruitment, particularly sales hiring.
Strong network of sales professionals and recruitment vendors in the real estate domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High energy, proactive approach, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setup.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and job portals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
2–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in real estate or high-volume sales hiring.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
