Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, from receiving manpower requests to final candidate selection and offer coordination.
- Source qualified candidates for construction, engineering, site, and office positions through job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Screen and shortlist CVs based on job requirements, project needs, and company standards.
- Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and job suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, project teams, and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and smooth recruitment progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in line with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within a construction or engineering environment.
- Proven experience in recruiting technical, site-based, and support staff is an added advantage.
