HR Recruiter Trainee

Job Description

We are urgently hiring a HR Recruiter Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong interest in HR, basic understanding of recruitment, and the willingness to learn and grow. Candidates with 0–6 months of experience in recruitment or HR internships are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals and social platforms
• Shortlist and screen profiles based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback
• Maintain candidate database and talent pipeline
• Support hiring initiatives and HR operations

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in MBA – HRM (Mandatory)
• 0–6 months of experience in recruitment / HR internship
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic understanding of sourcing tools and job portals
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring (training provided)

Ability to Commute/Relocate

Ernakulam High Court, Kochi, Kerala:
Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
