Job Description:
We are hiring for an HR who can handle end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee management, and office coordination. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, organized, and proactive in building a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and attendance.
  • Manage payroll and leave records.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
  • Organize training, team-building, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Resolve employee concerns and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist management in decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
