HR Recruiter Trainee - Female

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Recruitment Trainee to join our HR team and grow with us. This is a job-leading internship with strong potential for a full-time role based on performance.

Position: Recruitment Trainee (Female)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
• Post job ads on platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain candidate records and HR databases
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or final-year student
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment is a plus
• Confident, organized, and eager to learn
• Must be willing to work on-site
