Job Title: HR Recruiter & Training Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager
Job Purpose
The right candidate is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting employee training, development, and performance initiatives. The role ensures the organization attracts the right talent and continuously develops employees to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of staff.
- Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals.
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers and senior management.
- Maintain candidate records, CV databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Support offer preparation, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Ensure timely completion of joining documentation.
- Support new joiners during probation period and follow up with HODs.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
B. Training & Performance Management Support
- Identify training needs as per company policy in coordination with HODs.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training calendars and attendance records.
- Track training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
- Assist in performance review processes.
- Coordinate performance evaluation documentation and timelines.
C. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines are communicated and followed.
- Assist with disciplinary documentation and other HR related duties when required.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, training & development.
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or service industry is an advantage
