Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sundays + Last Saturday of the Month

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT verticals

Source candidates using portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn

Conduct screening, shortlisting, and initial HR rounds

Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews

Support in salary negotiations and documentation

Maintain accurate candidate databases and reports

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in job portal sourcing (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn)

Good command over MS Excel

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently and in a team-based setup
