Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our remote hiring team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple roles and industries. This is a performance-driven role with clear targets and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate database and follow-up trackers
• Support hiring drives, internship outreach, and diversity recruitment
• Ensure timely closure of mandates and maintain quality pipeline

Requirements

• Must have own laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in recruitment preferred (0–2 years)
• Freshers and interns with strong intent may apply
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and job boards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
