Job Description: HR Recruiter

Infinium Developers is a startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore. Our business interests are in Residential Spaces, Commercial Spaces, IT Parks, Plots etc. We’re a young company with an open and vibrant culture. Role: HR Recruiter

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary discussions, and closures.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Selection

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct telephonic and preliminary screening to assess suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.

3. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Handle offer letters, pre-joining formalities, and background verification as required.
  • Coordinate joining and induction processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

4. Database & Reporting

  • Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
  • Track hiring status, selection ratios, and timelines for management review.

5. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

  • Support initiatives to enhance employer branding and company visibility in the job market.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Time management and ability to close positions within deadlines.
  • Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate, construction, or related domains.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
