Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary discussions, and closures.
- Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Selection
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary screening to assess suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
3. Onboarding & Documentation
- Handle offer letters, pre-joining formalities, and background verification as required.
- Coordinate joining and induction processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
4. Database & Reporting
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
- Track hiring status, selection ratios, and timelines for management review.
5. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Support initiatives to enhance employer branding and company visibility in the job market.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
Preferred Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Time management and ability to close positions within deadlines.
- Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate, construction, or related domains.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring workflows.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
