HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, smart, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordination with candidates and clients).
  • Manage interview schedules and maintain candidate databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and training departments.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain HR records.
  • Support day-to-day HR and admin operations.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Management).
  • Smart, proactive, and hardworking personality.
  • Prior experience in recruitment / HR coordination preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,788.41 - ₹25,001.19 per month
