Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at Regency Halls. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and advertisements
- Act as the point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth induction and documentation
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process
- Support payroll functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR coordination (hospitality/event industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience handling payroll functions in previous job(s)
