HR Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at Regency Halls. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and advertisements
  • Act as the point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth induction and documentation
  • Collaborate with HR and department managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process
  • Support payroll functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR coordination (hospitality/event industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience handling payroll functions in previous job(s)
