HR & Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-focused HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring operations, candidate coordination, and database management. This is practical, hands-on work — not just paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with applicants
  • Update recruitment trackers and reports
  • Support onboarding activities

Requirements:

  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using Excel and HR systems
  • Interest in recruitment or HR operations
  • Bahraini nationals preferred
