About the Role
We are seeking a proactive HR Recruitment Coordinator to support our HR and talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a solid recruitment background, a working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to coordinate hiring activities efficiently. This role is ideal for an immediate joiner ready to contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Draft job descriptions and post openings on Indeed and other job boards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law during recruitment, contracts, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in coordination with HR and management.
- Support recruitment reporting and provide metrics to HR leadership.
- Help maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate HR-related activities, including job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR recruitment or recruitment coordination (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit processes.
- Experience posting jobs on Indeed and using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability to join is required.
