HR RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Recruitment Coordinator to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be based in Bahrain, available to join immediately, and have a strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and local HR compliance to ensure effective recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Draft, post, and manage job descriptions on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update accurate candidate records and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data.
  • Ensure recruitment practices, contracts, and onboarding documentation comply with Bahrain Labour Law.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and coordinate candidate onboarding processes.
  • Assist in employer branding activities, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Provide regular recruitment reporting and metrics to HR leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment or coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, work permit/visa processes, and HR compliance.
  • Experience posting jobs on Indeed and using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Immediate availability and residence in Bahrain required.

Preferred (Optional)

  • HRIS/ATS system experience.
  • Prior exposure to recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition strategies.
