About the Role

We are hiring an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles.
• Post job openings and manage applicant pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers in decision-making.
• Maintain candidate relationships for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Proactive and result-oriented approach.
