Core responsibilities Recruitment and sourcing: Create job descriptions, post openings on various platforms, and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates. Candidate screening and selection: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role. Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and assist in defining job specifications. Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Candidate experience: Ensure a positive experience for all applicants throughout the hiring process. Talent pipeline management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future staffing needs and organize recruitment events. Compliance and administration: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. Reporting: Analyze HR metrics (e.g., time-to-fill) and generate reports on recruitment progress.
