Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Understand manpower requirements from department heads and create job postings accordingly.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further interview rounds.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and final selection.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Employer Branding
  • Support HR in creating engaging recruitment campaigns and job ads.
  • Promote the company’s culture and values during candidate interactions.
  • Onboarding Coordination
  • Prepare offer letters and handle pre-joining documentation.
  • Coordinate with new joiners for smooth onboarding and induction.
  • Database & MIS
  • Maintain and update the candidate database regularly.
  • Generate weekly/monthly hiring reports for management review.
  • Compliance & HR Coordination
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for new employee setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,225.85 - ₹20,000.00 per month
