Job Description (JD) – Recruitment Executive
Job Title: Recruitment Executive – Operations Hiring
Department: Human Resources
Location: Assigned Delivery Stations
Reporting To: HR Manager
In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
Roles & Responsibilities1. Delivery Associate (DA) Recruitment
· Handle end-to-end recruitment of Delivery Associates for assigned stations.
· Source candidates through field hiring, local vendors, referrals, job portals, and walk-ins.
· Screen candidates, verify documents, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
· Ensure timely joining as per manpower plan and operational TAT.
2. Field & Vendor Hiring
· Conduct local hiring drives near delivery stations.
· Coordinate with manpower vendors and track daily sourcing performance.
· Optimize cost per hire and improve joining conversion.
3. Onboarding & Deployment
· Ensure complete joining documentation and system onboarding.
· Coordinate inductions and first-day deployment with operations teams.
· Track NR (Not Reported) cases and take corrective action.
4. Attrition & Turnover Reduction
· Monitor DA attrition and early dropouts.
· Follow up with new joiners during first 7–30 days.
· Identify root causes of attrition and share feedback with station leadership.
· Support retention initiatives in coordination with Ops and HR.
5. Reporting & Coordination
· Maintain station-wise hiring and attrition MIS.
· Share daily/weekly reports with HR and Operations.
· Support urgent replacements and peak manpower requirements.
Job Specification (JS) – Recruitment ExecutiveQualification
· Graduate / BBA (HR preferred)
Experience
· 1–3 years in bulk / field recruitment
· Experience in logistics, e-commerce, staffing, or blue-collar hiring preferred
Skills Required
· Strong local sourcing & field hiring skills
· Good communication in local language
· Ability to meet hiring targets under pressure
· Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
· Problem-solving approach to reduce attrition
Personal Attributes
· Willing to travel and work on-ground (Depends upon Station requirement)
· Flexible working hours during peak hiring
· Target-driven and result-oriented
· Strong coordination with Ops & vendors
