HR Recruitment Intern

Vistas Global is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to join our team in Qatar. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Job Summary:
The HR Recruitment Intern will assist the recruitment team with daily recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and administrative support. This role provides structured exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and is ideal for individuals seeking to develop a foundation in Human Resources within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the recruitment team with sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support job posting on job portals and social media platforms
• Provide general support to the HR and recruitment team as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates must be currently located in Qatar
