About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and oversee HR operations to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for all departments (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage HR operations including employee onboarding, policies, and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and succession planning.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics; provide insights to leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior HR/recruitment staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in [industry].
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HRIS, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
