The HR Recruitment Supervisor oversees high-volume recruitment for caregivers, case managers, sales managers, and other operational roles. This position ensures staffing readiness to support client onboarding, service expansion, and overall organizational growth. The role works closely with internal teams to forecast hiring needs and maintain an efficient, compliant recruitment process.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple healthcare roles.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing staffing demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate and plan for staffing needs.
- Supervise HR Specialists; assign tasks, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching.
- Source candidates across multiple platforms and adjust strategies based on performance.
- Conduct structured screenings and validate credentials and compliance requirements.
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and timely onboarding.
- Review recruitment pipelines weekly, identify gaps, and implement corrective solutions.
- Prepare hiring forecasts and weekly recruitment performance reports.
- Ensure all new hires are compliant and properly set up in internal systems.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and protect all candidate data.
Requirements:- 3–5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience (healthcare preferred).
- Proven ability to supervise recruitment operations and meet hiring goals.
- Strong knowledge of caregiver and healthcare role requirements and compliance standards.
- Skilled in sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and ATS/CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Strong ethical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
