Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Representative to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment cycle — posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in processing payroll and managing attendance or leave records.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with management on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates with internships can also apply).
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
