Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Representative to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle — posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in processing payroll and managing attendance or leave records.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with management on employee relations and disciplinary matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates with internships can also apply).
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
