About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated HR Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves selling HR services/solutions, building strong client relationships, and generating business opportunities by identifying and converting prospects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a keen understanding of HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for HR services (recruitment, staffing, payroll, training, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HR requirements.
  • Pitch HR solutions and services to prospective clients and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM/records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Follow up with clients for payment collections as per company policy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales (experience in HR/recruitment industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of HR services and solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,486.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month
