About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated HR Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves selling HR services/solutions, building strong client relationships, and generating business opportunities by identifying and converting prospects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a keen understanding of HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for HR services (recruitment, staffing, payroll, training, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HR requirements.
- Pitch HR solutions and services to prospective clients and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain and update CRM/records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Follow up with clients for payment collections as per company policy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales (experience in HR/recruitment industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of HR services and solutions will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
