Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven HR Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling our HR services/solutions. The role requires a blend of sales acumen and HR service understanding, enabling the candidate to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR services (Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, Compliance, Training, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting HR services and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Participate in networking events, job fairs, and corporate meetings to promote services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR / Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–4 years) in B2B sales, HR services sales, or recruitment consultancy sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand HR processes and align them with client needs.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹9,488.39 - ₹20,000.00 per month
