Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven HR Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling our HR services/solutions. The role requires a blend of sales acumen and HR service understanding, enabling the candidate to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR services (Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, Compliance, Training, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored HR solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting HR services and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Participate in networking events, job fairs, and corporate meetings to promote services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR / Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience (1–4 years) in B2B sales, HR services sales, or recruitment consultancy sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand HR processes and align them with client needs.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
