Job Summary

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. This role supports both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operational requirements to ensure a positive, efficient, and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines and databases.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support implementation of company policies, procedures, and HR programs.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in the design and execution of performance appraisal systems.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and staff.
  • Support the development of KPIs and performance improvement plans.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, personal data, etc.).
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audits.

6. Strategic HR Support

  • Contribute to HR strategy formulation and continuous process improvement.
  • Participate in HR projects such as digitalization, performance culture building, and succession planning.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or senior HR executive role.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
