Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure a seamless new hire experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and practices comply with labor laws and internal standards
  • Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits administration

Performance & Development

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning & development initiatives
  • Monitor probation and confirmation processes

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate HR reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment, and training
  • Use data to provide insights for HR planning and decision-making

Education & Experience

  • MBA
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced or mid-sized organization
  • Experience with HR systems is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
