Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers
- Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure a seamless new hire experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Ensure policies, procedures, and practices comply with labor laws and internal standards
- Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits administration
Performance & Development
- Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning & development initiatives
- Monitor probation and confirmation processes
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate HR reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment, and training
- Use data to provide insights for HR planning and decision-making
Education & Experience
- MBA
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced or mid-sized organization
- Experience with HR systems is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
