  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews, select candidates, and onboard new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment. Address employee grievances, conflicts, and concerns.
  • Performance Management: Establish performance metrics, conduct performance reviews, and develop employee growth plans.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and implement employee development initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage salary structures, benefits packages, and compensation plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Legal Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
