Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior roles
- Lead onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
- Support performance management and appraisal systems
- Contribute to strategic HR planning with senior leadership
- Maintain and manage all employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policy and legal standards.
- Ensure timely updating of new joiners, exits, and internal transfers in HR databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in Hotel or Restaurant Industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite
