Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior roles
  • Lead onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Support performance management and appraisal systems
  • Contribute to strategic HR planning with senior leadership
  • Maintain and manage all employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policy and legal standards.
  • Ensure timely updating of new joiners, exits, and internal transfers in HR databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in Hotel or Restaurant Industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite
