Role & Responsibility: HR Senior Executive
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates, Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements, Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts, Lead the onboarding process and ensure smooth orientation for new hires.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files, Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations, Ensure proper documentation during exit formalities including F&F, clearance, and relieving.
- Payroll & Attendance: Oversee monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions, Coordinate with finance/payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing, Manage leave and attendance systems and resolve related queries.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Implement company HR policies and ensure adherence across all departments, Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies/procedures, Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Bonus, etc.) and Prepare and maintain compliance records and support external audits.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns professionally, Promote positive workplace culture through engagement activities and communication, Conduct employee feedback surveys, engagement events, and welfare activities.
- Performance Management: Support the annual/quarterly performance appraisal process, Coordinate with managers to ensure timely goal setting and performance reviews, Track performance data and prepare MIS/reports for management.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs in coordination with department heads, Organize internal/external training programs and track participation and Maintain training records and monitor effectiveness.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare periodic HR reports—headcount, attrition, attendance, recruitment status, etc. and Analyse HR metrics and recommend process improvements.
- General Administration Support: Oversee office administration functions as required (if applicable), Coordinate for ID cards, asset issuance, stationery, and other admin support tasks.
Educational Qualification: Master's orBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Work Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in core HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms is an added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices, Good understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments, etc.), Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Familiarity with payroll processing and attendance management.
- Behavioral & Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities, Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, Strong organizational and time-management skills and Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
