Job Title – HR Services CoordinatorReports to – Director of Human ResourcesPosition Summary:The HR Services Coordinator supports core HR operations by coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with payroll processing, and serving as a centralized resource for HR-related needs. This role ensures efficient and accurate HR service delivery while supporting employees and managers throughout the organization.Essential Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily HR service activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including drafting job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and assisting hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with payroll administration, verifying timesheets, preparing payroll data, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries, providing timely and professional support to employees and supervisors.
- Maintain and update HRIS records, ensuring accuracy in employee data, job changes, leave balances, and performance documentation.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, eligibility tracking, and responding to employee benefits questions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, assist with audits, reporting, and tracking mandatory training or documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs, as well as HR-related events or initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and track trends.

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, payroll, recruitment, or a related administrative role.
- Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and payroll software.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll processes.
