Position Summary:

The HR Services Representative serves as a key resource for managers, employees, new hires, Associated Personnel, and Medical Staff Office Administration. This role supports onboarding and health screening needs, ensures accurate documentation, and facilitates a smooth employee experience. The HR Representative will also provide subject matter expertise to the HR Service Center and coordinate front desk and telephone support operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, maintain, and track documentation related to onboarding and health screenings.
  • Facilitate scheduling of appointments and assist employees with forms and inquiries.
  • Conduct pre-employment meetings with new hires, collect required documentation, and process data entry into HR systems.
  • Administer workflow of the AP SharePoint application, validate data submissions, respond to processing inquiries, and manage AP transactions in PeopleSoft.
  • Maintain metrics for services provided.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to the HR Service Center regarding AP and medical staff HR activity.
  • Maintain Associated Personnel (AP) and employee records/files in compliance with HR policies and retention practices.
  • Support processes related to worker's compensation, fit testing, medical documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate front desk and telephone support operations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year in an office setting with experience in data entry and coordinating high-volume administrative processes; experience in a medical or HR setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Skilled at problem-solving with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
  • Well-developed written communication skills and the ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
