Job Summary:
The Shared Services Analyst I provides support for HR activities with a strong emphasis on learning and development, being the key contact for matters relating to process excellence and support. The specialist will provide day-to-day support for escalated HR inquiries and supports scheduled and ad hoc data requests from partners. Requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and superior service delivery qualities.
Responsibilities:
30% Supports administration activities, such as Workday/LMS administration, records upkeep, ad hoc reporting, data auditing, and general recordkeeping, and recommends ways to improve and standardize work to support automation where feasible.
15% Resolves Tier 1 and Tier 2 inquiries and collaborates with COE stakeholders for quick and effective resolution.
15% Supports programs and campaign rollouts by participating in solution review, testing, and knowledge article creation. Assists in maintaining course catalogue, logistics, and enrollment.
10% Compiles reporting and trend analysis supporting internal practice and program KPIs to help inform COE of program success and trending issues.
10% Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives and proposes solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support to candidates, employees, and people leaders.
5% Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholder groups.
5% Supports vendor-invoice processes in Ariba.
5% Performs other duties as assigned, such as special projects and initiatives related to the role. May choose to participate in non-related initiatives as part of growth and learning objective. Understands the need for appropriate data privacy protections when working with employee data.

Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires less than 2 years of professional experience where knowledge base is generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent course experience.
  • 3+ years HR experience, preferably in Learning and Development capacity
  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills. Above average ability to read, write, and speak English. Multilingual a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple, often complex, tasks at the same time. Ability to stay focused on key timeline/deliverables. Strong project, time management, and organizational skills. Intermediate understanding of event and project management both domestically and internationally.
  • Proactive, consistently anticipates stakeholder needs, self motivated, accountable, and goal oriented
  • Advanced skills with Workday Learning Module
  • Clear communication skills. Able to balance the need to seek information with the need to be understood. Able to communicate effectively in varied settings and cultures.
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook skills
  • Advanced skills in SAP's Ariba Procurement and Concur Expense and Travel systems
  • Advanced skill in SharePoint, with ability to consult, design, build, and maintain content
  • Ability to apply privacy concepts rooted in core privacy principles, like Data Minimization, when collecting, using, or sharing personal information of our job candidates and employee
  • Travel: Occasional - 10%

Collaboration is generally conducted in person unless the role has been pre-approved for remote work.
