KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
1.1. Payroll Management (GCC)
1. End-to-end payroll execution across GCC countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
2. Manage payroll inputs, approvals, deductions, loans, commissions, and settlements (leave, F&F, encashments).
3. Conduct payroll reconciliations (registers, provisions, GPSSA, FBL5N balances).
4. Oversee preparation of WPS files, finance postings, and GL reconciliations.
5. Ensure compliance with payroll SOPs, internal controls, and audit standards.
1.2. HR System Audits & Compliance
1. Ensure SAP access matrix is reviewed periodically with proper user rights.
2. Conduct SAP access audits and maintain ISO tracker for system audits (VUCA compliance).
3. Safeguard data confidentiality, access permissions, encryption, and security controls.
4. Conduct periodic audits of HRSS team’s SAP/system usage; provide training and refreshers.
5. Deliver system usage orientation sessions (monthly/quarterly).
6. Maintain data integrity across HR systems (SAP, HR App, DMS).
7. Conduct process audits across HRSS verticals (Payroll, C&B, Immigration, HR Systems, Onboarding, Reports).
8. Audit against SLA, SOP, and GCC legal requirements using structured checklists.
9. Identify gaps, prepare RCA (root cause analysis), and recommend corrective actions.
10. Ensure timely closure of audit findings and report results to management.
11. Maintain ISO and system audit trackers; monitor data security, access control, and confidentiality.
1.3. Process Improvements & Automation
1. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities across GCC payroll & HR operations.
2. Benchmark against global retail HR standards and recommend best practices.
3. Test HR applications/SAP HCM processes against SOPs and escalate deviations.
4. Develop RCA reports, recommendations, and action plans post-audits.
5. Conduct periodic SAP HCM training for HRSS team.
6. Lead/participate in HRSS projects, compliance initiatives, and system upgrades.
1.4. SAP HCM Testing & Project Management
1. Maintain SAP IT tracker for reports, enhancements, and customizations.
2. Ensure end-to-end UAT testing before moving to production.
3. Track project TAT and ensure timely closure with documentation.
4. Follow escalation matrix for project issues.
1.5. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
1. Ensure all C&B transactions are processed within predefined TAT.
2. Review and audit compensation calculators, base packages, and approval workflows.
3. Validate compa-ratios and grade structures; conduct periodic CTC audits.
4. Monitors pay scale revisions, family status audits, and IJP/probation increments.
5. Ensure annual appraisal process summaries are prepared and delivered on time.
6. Audit employee benefits data regularly.
1.6. HR Systems & SLA Management
1. Monitor HR transactions against agreed TATs and SLAs.
2. Conduct periodic audits of HR application modules and integrations.
3. Track and resolve system errors and integration issues.
4. Review HR system AL quotas and perform regular audits.
1.7. Immigration & Compliance
1. Ensure compliance with GCC labor laws (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman).
2. Audit trade licenses, vouchers, ILOE subscriptions, visa processing costs.
3. Oversee visa issuance, renewals, and cancellations within defined timelines.
4. Track and audit immigration compliance costs and reporting.
1.8. HR Reports & Analytics
1. Generate, validate, and distribute HR reports (SAP & HR Application).
2. Review and update Power BI master files, dashboards, and archived reports.
3. Validate report methodology and visualizations in SharePoint & Power BI.
4. Audit consistency of reports across HR applications and SAP.
1.9. Onboarding & HR Operations
1. Oversee onboarding processes in compliance with GCC requirements.
2. Ensure effective usage of DMS by HRSS team members.
3. Monitor payroll input management via SIPOC framework (approvals, payouts).
4. Conduct audits on leaves, settlements, quotas, bonuses, and incentives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Commerce.
2. Minimum 2 years of SAP Payroll experience; experience in GCC payroll preferred.
3. Knowledge of GCC Labor Laws (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman).
4. Strong expertise in SAP Payroll, SAP HCM, and HR applications.
5. Experience in payroll audits, system controls, and compliance processes.
6. Advanced MS Excel skills (data models, pivot tables, formulas, charts).
7. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
9. Demonstrated experience in process auditing and compliance reviews.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
